Scheduled to be completed in early 2020, 400 Rose is currently underway in Kalamazoo. The four-story multi-use development will bring 135 new residential units, ground floor retail space and parking to downtown Kalamazoo.
The development will be Kalamazoo County’s first LEED certified apartments. 400 Rose is already preleasing for an early 2020 move in. It’s prime downtown location will allow resident’s convenient walkability & bikeability to many of downtown’s great entertainment venues, restaurants, retail shops & parks.
As part of our commitment to the upcoming professionals, YAMASAKI awarded a scholarship to a Lawrence Technological University student through our endowed scholarship fund in May of this year.

YAMASAKI provided master planning and conceptual architectural design services for the new Lafayette West development directly adjacent to the historic Lafayette Park in Downtown Detroit. There will be 260 new residential units in Detroit’s Lafayette Park along with a walkable environment to connect pedestrians to Downtown Detroit
