The façade solution features an iconic appearance from twelve mile and distant freeway vantage points. Facade materials include in precast concrete panels and high-performance glazing allowing the site, core, and shell to be supportive of any level of tenant-based sustainability goals.
30 acre high density mixed-use development that is centered around and 7,000 seat multi-purpose amphitheater and 200,000 SF retail / entertainment environment.
Other uses include 500 residential units , 350 room 5-star hotel and 500,000 SF of Class Office Space in grouping of high rise structures with podium and below grade, structured parking.
Master Planning Stage is complete and the initial implementation stage design phase is underway.
