The main tower is comprised of a solid frame where mechanical cores are located with a monolithic glass tower inside. The solid frame’s mechanical cores are meant to aid in blocking the harsh Western and Eastern sun exposure enabling office layout flexibility. The south double skin façade utilizes photo voltaic glazing while the north skin façade Is formed by special elements that help to characterize the building as a high-tech architectural structure. The office space is primarily located along the Northern perimeter. This accommodates waterfront views for the larger portion of the office space while creating an overall openness.
