YAMASAKI designed this 14-story, 140,000 square foot, 147-room hotel located in the downtown area of the Heart-Side Historic District in Grand Rapids.

The hotel is a precast structure and façade on a triangular, 10,000 square foot heavily sloping site and connects to a parking deck by a pedestrian bridge.

Amenities include an elevated out-door patio with barbeque area, dining, meeting room, fitness center and indoor pool as well as 5,500 square feet of commercial space on the main level.
