Currently under construction, 400 Rose is a dynamic, four-story, multi-use development that will bring 135 new residential units and new ground floor retail space to Downtown Kalamazoo.
It will be a modern, sustainable (LEED Certified) community with a 24/7 fitness center, a rooftop lounge, surface & underground parking, on-site personal storage, among other things.
