The Fine Venture Tower was originally designed as an 11-story tower built in 1995. The challenge of this project was to renovate the building and increase the number of floors while still maintaining the original design intent.
The project included a six-floor, 14,682 square metered vertical addition and a renovation of the existing floors. The exterior was re-skinned with stainless steel cables from the second floor to the roof that helped create an improved visual presence. In addition, the lobby was redesigned to include retail space. The image of the building was thoughtfully planned to satisfy the client’s desire to reposition the building in the marketplace as an urban landmark, while maintaining office occupancy.
