Currently in Design Development, project consists of two Class-A, 4-story 150,000 SF office buildings overlooking a large wetland system that fronts onto I-696.  Both building footprints and core layout are designed for medium and large user flexibility and efficiency.

The façade solution features an iconic appearance from twelve mile and distant freeway vantage points. Facade materials include in precast concrete panels and high-performance glazing allowing the site, core, and shell to be supportive of any level of tenant-based sustainability goals.
