This competition-winning project is a luxury housing development built in a wealthy neighborhood. The 38,361 square meter, 12-story apartment complex sits on a raised podium, separating it from traffic on busy, near-by streets. Dense landscaping provides increased security, sound buffers and privacy.

The apartment towers are topped by communal sky gardens. The Y-shaped building mass is oriented to allow maximized river and park views. The building’s height steps down to facilitate day lighting. The development recalls a European streetscape, distinguishing it from the surrounding community.
