This project consisted of the 21,440 square foot expansion and 4,260 square foot renovation of the Waterford Township Public Library. The building’s existing unique pavilion structures were renovated and remained the most prominent feature in the project. These structures function as the circulation lobby and meeting spaces for the library. The expansion portion ties the building into the form and character of the Township’s existing government facilities.
